Igniting the spark

The program ‘Igniting the spark’ was held at Prajna Hall on 8th December 2022. Mr. Varun Prabhu who is the Co-founder & Head of Executions of exuBrandD was the resource person for the day. It was jointly organized by the Human Resource forum & IQAC under the guidance of Prof. Joe Ashwin Correa. Presiding over the program Dr. Naveen Kumar, Associate Professor stressed the importance of ‘Earn while you learn’ as an important concept that students need to understand. He also added in his presidential speech that age is not a barrier to scale up high in the career. The resource person Mr. Varun Prabhu highlighted the importance of being energetic and self-motivated in the current scenario. He also added that If you do not ignite the spark in yourself then no one can ignite you. He gave some tips regarding how to create a start-up and how to build networking, the skills required to be an entrepreneur, and the secrete for success. He also elucidated how to invest money and manage money. He enlightened how to become confident and demonstrated the 7 secrets of success that is Confidence, Consistency, Multitasking, Independence, Networking, Learning, and picking the right Opportunities. Adding further he said, to be a successful person these qualities form the foundation which one should be investing back to double it. When we are more confident, we are more likely to move forward with people and opportunities. In Conclusion, he said that there will always be challenges in everything we do but one has to focus on the ultimate goal.
