Alumni Talk - Challenges , Opportunities and Work Culture in Gulf and Middle East Countries by Mr. Iston Ferrao and Ms. Jezel D'souza
Poornaprajna Institute of Management, Alumni Association organised an Alumni Talk - an interactive session with the present students of MBA on the Topic Challenges, Opportunities and Work culture in Gulf and Middle East Countries on 28th December 2020. Mr. Iston Ferrao and Ms. Jezel D'souza of 2016-18 batch students, addressed the present students of PIM and enlightened the present students about the current scenario in the Gulf Countries . Ms. Jezel D'souza who works as a HR Manager at Dubai spoke about the work culture in the gulf and other countries. She shared her job experiences with the present batch of students. She stated that managing people from heterogeneous background was a real challenge which she had to face and she has been able to manage effectively given the current scenario.
