IPR cell of PIM organized one day workshop on the topic of IPR procedures. Dr. Krishna Kothai well-known researcher in the area of social science and coordinator of PCRD Udupi was the resource person. He explained about searching for patents and how to protect the patents in the near future. Dr. Bharath V. Director of the institute presided the programme. M.B.A student Ms. Krithika Bangera welcomed the gathering and Mr. Suraj Shetty proposed the vote of thanks. Ms. Shalika coordinated the programme.

A workshop on Ethical Dimensions of IPRS was held at our institute on 28th April 2018 by the Professor Emeritus Dr.Krishna Kothai at Prajna Hall.  Both first and second year MBA students participated in the discussion.  

The HR Club of Poornaprajna Institute of Management organized ZEST 2K18 a  colourful and memorable HR fest . The event aimed at bringing out the organizing skills of the HR Club as well as to create an impact about the various HR functions. The event was held at the Prajna Hall. A total of twelve teams took active part in this mega event.  The fest started with the formal welcome note and followed by a prayer by Ms Neeriksha and Ms Vijayalakshmi. To make the Fest Thematic Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory was taken as a base and the tasks were designed and planned accordingly. 5 Levels were created to eliminate the under performing teams and to promote best performing teams to the next levels. Corporate interactive session with Mr.Harish B proprietor of Premier investments Udupi on the topic Investment decision and fundamental analysis organised by Finance Forum of PIM An interactive session on Investment Decision and Fundamental Analysis was held at Poornaprajna Institute of Management on April 27th 2018 at Prajna Hall.  Mr. Harish B, Proprietor of Premier Investments Udupi and a thourough practician in the area of financial services was the resource person for the session.  Dr. Naveen Kumar KR, Associate Professor of PIM presided over the session .  The programme coducted by Megha of 2nd year MBA was attended by all the students of PIM and also the faculty members.  Mrs. Bharathi karanth the staff co-ordinator of the Finance Forum co-ordinated the programme.
