Poornaprajna Institute Of Management has organised a guest talk on 5/2/2022 in the area of recent trends in the bank Management. Mr.Krishnaprasad Bhat, Asset Desk Manager of Axis Bank,Udupi was the resource person. Mr.Bhat spoke from thge stage of evolution of Banking system in India and explained the latest E-banking functions. He elaborated the students about the mobail bankiing, Digital Banking, NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT and etc. The Director, Faculty and all the MBA Students were participated in the function. Mr. Kiran Udupa, Student of II MBA Co-odinated the lecture.

Finance Forum of PIM conducted a Two-Days Financial Education Programme for the students of both First and Second year MBA on 4th and 5th Febraury 2022. Mr.Vinod Tantri was the resource person for the session. The programme was conducted by PIM in association wih NISM and Kotak Securities ltd. The workshop began wih the introductory speech of the Director of the Institute Dr. Bharath V. The programme was coordinated by Ms. Divya Nayak, Ms. Namitha, Mr. Mayura and Ms. Heera Sanam the 2nd year MBA students of PIM.   The HR forum of the Institute conducted a quiz competition  for the students on 25th January 2022 on the occasion of National Tourism Day . The Quiz was conducted to know how well individuals knew the data and information about the District and their locality. The first year MBA students as well as second year MBA students took active participation in the quiz competition. Ms. Sakshi Shetty, introduced the importance of travel and how it reduces the stress among the individuals who are stuck in their busy life today. Mr.Deepak Patkar proposed the vote of thanks. Ms.Prathiksha Reshma D'souza coordinated the program.

31st Jan, 2022 , by PIM CSR club of PIM organised an outreach programme “visit to Asha Nilaya” home for the specially abled children on 31-01-2022. 45 Students of 2nd year MBA with four faculty members visited the special school. Students spent time with the specially abled children and their teachers. This programme sensitised the students towards the needs of specially abled children.

  The HR forum of Poornaprajna Institute Of Management organized a Training program on fire safety and awareness in collaboration with the Fire department of Udupi district on 27th January 2022.   The Fire Officer of the department Mr. Sathish N along with his team interacted with the students and explained about the causes of fire and ways to handle situations which could be dangerous. He explained the techniques of firefighting and enlightened the gathering on how to manage emergency evacuation. There was a detailed and practical demonstration of firefighting where the students were given hands-on training to deal with emergency situations. Dr. Bharath welcomed the gathering and gave insights on the importance of fire-fighting during emergency. He stressed on the importance of students learning to face any extreme conditions and also to help the others in such cases of fire.
