Udupi: A special guest lecture was organized at PIM Udupi on 31.07.2007 on the topic  ”Stress Management - an Effective Approach”. Retired Block Education Officer, the state award winner Sri Shankaranarayana Shastri was the resource person. He vividly elucidated different dimensions of Effective Stress Management Techniques. He pointed out that incorporating these techniques in the modern days of the highly competitive business world has become all the more important than any other time in the past. He clearly explained the different stages involved in Stress Management through demonstration. The special guest lecture session was followed by a lively interaction with MBA students. The programme was presided over by the Director of PIM, Dr. M. R. Hegde. The students of PIM successfully organized this function. Mr. Santhosh Kale welcomed the guest and Mr. Kishore Kumar proposed vote of thanks. Ms. Bhargavi Bhat conducted the programme.

ಪೂರ್ಣಪ್ರಜ್ಞ ಇನ್‍ಸ್ಟಿಟ್ಯೂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್‍ಮೆ0ಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸ ಉಡುಪಿ: ಉಡುಪಿಯ ಪೂರ್ಣಪ್ರಜ್ಞ  ಇನ್‍ಸ್ಟಿಟ್ಯೂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್‍ಮೆ0ಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾ0ಕ 28-07-2007 ರ0ದು “ಕಾಪೆರ್Çರೇಟ್ ವಿಷನ್ ಆಂಡ್ ವ್ಯಾಲ್ಯೂಸ್” ಎ0ಬ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು. ಮಣಿಪಾಲ ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್‍ನ ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಭಂದಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯ ಆರ್. ಕೆ. ಅವರು ಇಂದಿನ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ವಿವಿಧ ಕೌಶಲಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾನವೀಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಉತ್ತಮ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಅವರು ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಉದ್ಧೇಶ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೌಲ್ಯ’ಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸುವ ವಿವಿಧ ಹಂತಗಳನ್ನು ಮನದಟ್ಟು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಎಂ.ಬಿ.ಎ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೋತ್ತರಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂವಹನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಪಿ.ಐ.ಎಂ.ನ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಡಾ|ಎಂ.ಆರ್.ಹೆಗಡೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಎಂ.ಬಿ.ಎ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಾದ ಕುಮಾರಿ ರಂಜನ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಸೂರಜ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ವಂದನಾರ್ಪಣೆಗೈದರು. ಕುಮಾರಿ ನೇಹಾ ಪೆಟಾನ್ಕರ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದರು.

ಉಡುಪಿ: 2006ರ ಜುಲೈ 1 ರಂದು ಕಾರ್ಯಾರಂಭ ಮಾಡಿದ ಉಡುಪಿಯ ಪೂರ್ಣಪ್ರಜ್ಞ ಇನ್‍ಸ್ಟಿಟ್ಯೂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್‍ಮೆಂಟ್ (ಪಿ. ಐ. ಎಮ್.) ನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು 2006-07 ರ ವಷ್ರ್ಯಾಂತ್ಯದ ಎಮ್.ಬಿ.ಎ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇಕಡಾ 100 ರ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ತಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಉಡುಪಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಅದಮಾರು ಮಠ ಎಜುಕೇಶನ್ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲ್‍ನ ಆಶ್ರಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಮಪೂಜ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಬುಧೇಶತೀರ್ಥ ಶ್ರೀಪಾದರಿಂದ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ 25 ನೇ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾದ ಪಿ.ಐ.ಎಮ್. ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ ವಿಕಾಸದತ್ತ ಸಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜಾಗತೀಕರಣ ಹಾಗು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಈ ಕಾಲಘಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ “ಆಡಳಿತ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ” ದ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವ ಸಹಜವಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇಂದಿನ ಈ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಯುಗದಲ್ಲಿ “ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ” ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಗುಣಾತ್ಮಕ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಸವಾಲೆಂದರೆ ‘ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಹಾಗು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮಗಳ ನಡುವಿನ ಅಂತರ’. ಇಂತಹ ಅಂತರ ಹೋಗಲಾಡಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಉಡುಪಿಯ ಪೂರ್ಣಪ್ರಜ್ಞ ಇನ್‍ಸ್ಟಿಟ್ಯೂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್ಮೆಂಟ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಹಾಗು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಸಂವಹನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮ ಹಾಗು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ತಜ್ಞರೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿಚಾರ-ವಿನಿಮಯಗಳಿಗೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಜ್ಞಾನ ಹಾಗು ಕೌಶಲ ಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ನಿರಂತ...
