Inauguration of Special Guest Lecture Series for the year 2008- 09 at PIM, Udupi
The inaugural session of special guest lecture series for the year 2008-2009 was held at Poornaprajna Institute of Management, Udupi on 12 th August 2008. The inauguration was done by the most eminent journalist of our nation Padmabhushana Dr. M. V. Kamath. Speaking on this occasion, Dr. M. V. Kamath emphasized to the students about having a clear conscience, to stick to commitments and to never give up the values in life which he considered the most valuable in any individual’s life. Dr. Kamath went on reminiscing and sharing his sweet memories of those proud freedom fighting days to the students and advised them not to lose values in life, though the world order changed around. He was firm in expressing that an individual should always ‘give’ to the society and not ‘expect’ from the society.
