The HR forum of Poornaprajna Institute of Management visited the old age nursing home- OZANAM at Kallianpur, Udupi on 28 th September 2018. During the visit the 12 students from HR specialisation along with the faculty in-charge Mr.Joe Ashwin Correa interacted with the elderly, seeking information regarding their good old days and about their present-day to day routine. Some of the elderly also shared their experiences with the students individually which was a good experience. The students also conducted spot games and activities to bring in some smiles on the old and tired faces. The inmates participated wholeheartedly and showed an excellent sportive spirit during these 2 hours. At the end, the Superior of the Old age home thanked the students for the noble initiative and blessed the students for the great sacrifice. HALF DAY VISIT TO “MAMATHEYA THOTTILU”

  On 20-03-2021 Poornaprajna Institute of Management, HR Forum ETICA, and IQAC jointly organized a half-day visit to 'Mamatheya Thottilu'. 13 students from HR specialization along with the faculty in-charge Prof. Joe Ashwin Correa visited the orphanage near Santhekatte,Udupi.  Ashritha M S hosted the program.  The program began with the self-introduction of the students, which was followed by the inmates also introducing themselves by telling their names, their class, their favorite food, favorite color, the name of their best friends, and the ambitions of their life.  Project coordinator Ms. Marina Elizabeth introduced the staff members Rekha, Prema, Jayanthi and others to the gathering. Inmates showcased their talent by singing “Needu Shiva Needadiru Shiva” spiritual song. AXIS BANK- Campus Recruitment Process at Poornaprajna Institute of Management

The renowned private sector bank of India -Axis Bank conducted an aptitude test for MBA students on the 13th February 2010 in PIM computer laboratory. More than 30 students enrolled and appeared for the online test. About 16 students qualified for the succeeding personal interview round which was later held at Bangalore Axis Bank office in which 10 students participated and finally two students grabbed the opportunity to join the prestigious organisation. The faculty placement coordinator Mr. Shivanand M. Bhandarkar and  Faculty & lab-in-charge Mr. Santosh Prabhu were present during the recruitment process. The non-teaching staff Mr. Sandesh and office Manager Ms. Jaya facilitated the process along with student coordinators.
