ZEST-2K18 organized at Poornaprajna Institute of Management
The HR Club of Poornaprajna Institute of Management organized ZEST 2K18 a colourful and memorable HR fest . The event aimed at bringing out the organizing skills of the HR Club as well as to create an impact about the various HR functions.
The event was held at the Prajna Hall. A total of twelve teams took active part in this mega event. The fest started with the formal welcome
note and followed by a prayer by Ms Neeriksha and Ms Vijayalakshmi.
To make the Fest Thematic Maslow’s hierarchy of
needs theory was taken as a base and the tasks were designed and planned accordingly. 5 Levels were created to eliminate the under performing
teams and to promote best performing teams to the next levels.

The team that completed all the 5 levels with the highest score was declared as the Winner of ZEST
2K18.
Following this the stage was set for the valedictory program. The formal function began with the welcome note by Ms Neeriksha.
Dr
Bharat V., Director of the Institute, presided over the function. Dr Krishna Kothai, Co-ordinator of Poornaprajna Research Centre was the chief guest of the event. Faculty
co-ordinators of the fest were present on the stage.
The
chief guest in his speech attribute the need for the such a programme in college.
Mr. Ashwin Correa, faculty co-ordinator in his speech, appreciated
the efforts of the students.
This was followed by the presidential remark.
As a token of remembrance, the HR batch of 2016-18 donated a Rolling trophy which would be continuing as a legacy in connection with all upcoming HR Fests in the near future.
The guests were felicitated by offering a mango sapling as a token of gratitude.
Various prizes in connection with different activities conducted under the banner of HR club were distributed on this occasion.
The whole fest gave much delight to the audience.
Miss Nivedita and Miss Ankita compered the program.
