Third Rank in MBA to Ms. Nirupama Bharadwaj of PIM, Udupi

Udupi : Ms. Nirupama Bharadwaj of Poornaprajna Institute of Management, Udupi has bagged the 3rd Rank in MBA Examinations conducted by Mangalore University in May, 2008. Students of the very first batch of MBA of PIM brought laurels to the Institute securing 100% result in their MBA Examinations and 90% of them have passed their MBA in First Class.


The 3rd rank holder Ms. Nirupama Bharadwaj hails from Sullia in Dakshina Kannada District and she is the daughter of Smt. Sridevi Bharadwaj and Sri Vishwesha Bharadwaj. She is presently working as Asst. Manager in Vijaya Bank, Bangalore.

ಪೂರ್ಣಪ್ರಜ್ಞ ಇನ್‍ಸ್ಟಿಟ್ಯೂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್ಮೆಂಟ್‍ನ ಎಂ.ಬಿ.ಎ.ಯ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಬ್ಯಾಚಿನಲ್ಲೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವಿಶೇಷ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 2008ರ ಮೇ ತಿಂಗಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಅಂತಿಮ ಎಂ.ಬಿ.ಎ. ಪರಿಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಮಾರಿ ನಿರುಪಮಾ ಭಾರದ್ವಾಜ್ ರವರು ಮಂಗಳೂರು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರನೇ ರ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಪಡೆದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ತಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಶೇ.100ರ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ ಪಿ.ಐ.ಎಮ್. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಶೇಕಡಾ 90ರಷ್ಟು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಥಮ ದರ್ಜೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಪಾಸಾದದ್ದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ವಿಷಯ. 

ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್ ರಿಕ್ರೂಟ್‍ಮೆಂಟ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಜಯ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಿಸ್ಟಂಟ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್‍ಗಳಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ 20 ಎಂ.ಬಿ.ಎ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಓರ್ವರಾದ ಕುಮಾರಿ ನಿರುಪಮಾ ಭಾರದ್ವಾಜ್ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.  ತೃತೀಯ ರ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಪಡೆದ ಇವರು ಸುಳ್ಯದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಶ್ರೀದೇವಿ ಭಾರದ್ವಾಜ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಶ್ವೇಶ ಭಾರದ್ವಾಜ್ ರವರ ಪುತ್ರಿ.

The HR forum of Poornaprajna Institute of Management visited the old age nursing home- OZANAM at Kallianpur, Udupi on 28 th September 2018. During the visit the 12 students from HR specialisation along with the faculty in-charge Mr.Joe Ashwin Correa interacted with the elderly, seeking information regarding their good old days and about their present-day to day routine. Some of the elderly also shared their experiences with the students individually which was a good experience. The students also conducted spot games and activities to bring in some smiles on the old and tired faces. The inmates participated wholeheartedly and showed an excellent sportive spirit during these 2 hours. HALF DAY VISIT TO “MAMATHEYA THOTTILU”

  On 20-03-2021 Poornaprajna Institute of Management, HR Forum ETICA, and IQAC jointly organized a half-day visit to 'Mamatheya Thottilu'. 13 students from HR specialization along with the faculty in-charge Prof. Joe Ashwin Correa visited the orphanage near Santhekatte,Udupi.  Ashritha M S hosted the program.  The program began with the self-introduction of the students, which was followed by the inmates also introducing themselves by telling their names, their class, their favorite food, favorite color, the name of their best friends, and the ambitions of their life.  Project coordinator Ms. Marina Elizabeth introduced the staff members Rekha, Prema, Jayanthi and others to the gathering. Industrial Visit to Medium & Scale Industries of Udupi District 2019

An Industrial Visit was organized for the students of III semester of Poornaprajna Institute of Management on 07 th December 2019 to the Medium and Small Scale Industries of the Udupi district.   First and foremost, the students visited the Dakshina Kannada Co-operative Milk Producers Union Ltd, located in Havanje where the students witnessed an elaborate process of milk processing. The hi-tech production was explained very patiently by Mr Sadananda, the supervisor of the plant, who took the students across the newly inaugurated production unit. He elaborately provided information about the collection, heating, pasteurizing, maintenance, packing and finally distribution of the milk and the milk products. The students were also shown the latest automated technology which required minimum human intervention for milk processing.
