PV Session: 03-03-2022 A Company Presentation round of Prajna Vaibhavam was held on Thursday, 3rd of March, 2022 at Prajna Hall of the Institute. Director of the Institute Dr. Bharath V, Professor Emeritus and PCRD coordinator Dr. Krishna Kothai and all the faculty members were present during the occasion. The following teams from second MBA made presentation on their respective companies: Team F on Nestle India Ltd Team A on Flyrobe India Ltd and Team B on Zomato Faculty members of the Institute Dr. Bharathi Karanth and Prof. Sujatha G L judged the performance of the students. Dr. Krishna Kothai gave useful feedback on the performance of the students. Office manager Mr. Srihari C. D. made necessary arrangements. Second MBA student Mr. Imran K. R. compered the whole programme.

It was an indeed a joyful learning experience for all the final year MBA students of Poornaprajna Institute Of Management on their visit to the most happening radio station of Mangalore "Radio Mirchi" on March 1st Tuesday of 2022. The visit to Radio Mirchi was worthwhile filled with lots of fun and learning at the same time. The Radio Jockeys RJ Ajay and RJ Anushri along with thier marketing team and the Station Head Mr. Alok Srivastava interacted with the students and gave them useful insights about the working of various management functions of radio like operations, programming, sales & marketing , human resource etc. All students had a previlige to walk into the ON-AIR studio and also witness the RJs go on-air live before thier eyes. 26th Feb, 2022 , by PIM Entrepreneurship Development cell of PIM in association with PCRD & Karnataka bank organised a Two days entrepreneurship development programme at PIM on 25th and 26th Feb 2022. Both first and second year MBA students along with faculty and director participated in the sessions. The inaugural ceremony took place on 25th with DR. Chandrashekhar as the chief guest of the programme. Dr. Krishna Kothai coordinated the whole programme. Mr. Naveen R Bhat, Ms. Sowmya Ms.Saakshi, Mr.Kiran Udupa ,Ms.Sameeksha , Mr.Mayura, Ms.Anusha coordinated the programme.

A FDP on leadership as a Noble Profession was held on 19th February 2022 at Poornaprajna Institute of Management for the teaching faculty. Mr.Sreekanth K Arimanithaya, Managing Partner E&Y enlightened the gathering with his versatile experience in the Management science.  Speaking on the occasion, he said that leading others is a privilege and a honor.  A good leader needs to balance his behavior and actions for the overall development of the society and community at large. He urged the faculty to be AGILE in their approach and be sensitive towards the student community. He also stressed on the importance of building and managing the four energies, viz., physical, Intellectual, emotional and spiritual. On the occasion of Matribhasha Diwas, the Literary Club of the Institute has conducted Elocution competition on the topic ‘My Childhood Days’ on 21st February, 2022 at Prajna Hall of the Institute. The contestants spoke on the topic in their respective Mother Tongue or Matribhasha. Sixteen contestants, both from first and second year, have taken part in the competition speaking in Kannada, Hindi, English, Tulu, and Konkani. Prof. Santhosh N Prabhu and Prof. Joe Ashwin Correa judged the performance of the students. Literary club student co-ordinators from second MBA Mr. Kiran Udupa and Mrs. Srinidhi K S co-ordinated the whole event.
