Ms Gayathri Upadhya Head – Administration, Manipal Institute of Computer Education spoke on the challenges of students and how to cope with changing technology. Ms. Gayathri Upadhya also appealed MBA Students to take up the related courses available at MICE. Mr. Ravi Kotian , Software Consultant delivered a talk on Digital Marketing for the benefit of MBA students . Mr. Shivananda Bhandarkar , Placement Coordinator thanked the resource persons. A workshop on Data Analytics was conducted at Poornaprajna Institute of Management for the benefit of students. Mr. Shashiprasad R, Data Analytics Professional of repute and expert in activity-based costing conducted the workshop. Mr. Shashiprasad dwelt in detail about the importance of data analytics to the student community. He tried to ascertain the knowledge level of students by asking questions on data analytics. He explained in detail the various types of data available in and around us, the techno-functional role of data, the imperatives of having a research-minded role to ascertain the changes happening in the industry.   Blood Donation Camp by PIM in association with Poorna Prajna Evening College The CSR club of Poornaprajna Institute of Management has organised a Blood Donation Camp in association with Poorna Prajna Evening College on 1 st of March, 2020 at PPC campus, Udupi. Faculty members and students of the Institute have contributed blood on this occasion.

On 27th February 2020 at 10 am  Muthoot Finance- The well-known organisation in the area of financial services visited PIM Campus to recruit the students. Mr. Kiran the HR Manager of  Muthoot Finance was present in the campus and put students through rigorous rounds of online aptitude test followed by a personal interview round.  The Director of  the college Dr. Bharat V. and faculty placement coordinator Mr. Shivanand Bhandarkar felicitated Mr. Kiran of Muthoot Finance for considering the students for the placement drive. The students of the sister institution - the Poornaprajna P.G. Center were also considered to participate in the recruitment process.
