74 th Independence Day Celebrated at Poornaprajna Campus      The 74 th Independence Day was celebrated by Poornaprajna Institute of Management along with sister institutes at Poornaprajna campus.       Chairman of the Institute H. H. Sri Vishwapriya Theertha Swamiji hoisted the flag and addressed the gathering. He highlighted the word “Independence” and referred to the influence of spirituality on independence. He appealed the gathering to respect the nation and protect the national integrity.       Speaking on the occasion Dr. Raghavendra Rao, Principal Poornaprajna College, advised the gathering as to how they can face and protect themselves from Covid-19 pandemic.  Principals, staff, NSS volunteers and NCC cadets of Poornaprajna Institutions were present.

  Librarian's day was celebrated on the occasion of Padmashree Dr. S R  Ranganathan’s 128 th  birthday on 12.08.2020 at Poornaprajna Institute of  Management, Udupi.  The programme commenced with the lighting of the  lamp by the Chief Guest Dr. Krishna Kothai. In his inaugural speech, Dr. Krishna Kothai conveyed that there is no end for knowledge – seeking.  Remembering Dr. S R Ranganathan’s contribution to library science, he  elicited his role in revolutionizing the knowledge management in the  entire country. The Director of the college Dr. Bharath congratulated the librarian for  organising the programme in spite of the current pandemic situation and  wished him all the best for the future activities.   Both teaching and non-teaching  staff along with Mrs. Geetha Librarian of  Poornaprajna College offered floral tribute to Padmashree Dr. S R.   Celebrated Shri Rama Mandir Bhumi Puja        On occasion of the foundation stone laying ceremony of Shri Ram temple at Ayodhya, Poornaprajna Institutions of Udupi celebrated the auspicious ceremony on 5 th August in the Poornaprajna campus. President of Admar Mutt Education Council H.H Sri Vishwapriya Theertha Swamiji by lighting the lamp, blessed the gathering. He highlighted the integrity and values of life practiced by Sri Ram and advised to follow the ideals of Sri Ram. Further, he shared his experience at Ayodhya along with H.H Sri Vibhudhesha Theertha Swamiji during the Ayodhya visit. Principals, Teaching and Non-teaching staff of all the Poornaprajna Institutions of the campus participated in the programme.
